InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Telephone Operator to greet guests, handle calls, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service. The role requires a professional, guest-focused mindset and strong knowledge of hotel facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a luxury-hotel setting, fluency in English, and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, guest relations, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and night audit procedures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per IHG standards.
• Maintain effective communication with related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle queries politely and exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate and dispatch work orders to appropriate departments and staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
• Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the PMS system.
• Operate the switchboard efficiently to transfer internal and external calls.
• Protect guest privacy by not disclosing details.
• Understand hotel policies, procedures and facilities.
