Qualifications

• Comfort with following hotel SOPs and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, restaurant and service areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware and equipment.
• Follow HACCP and food safety regulations strictly.
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic kitchen tasks.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards promptly.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.
