Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, restaurant and service areas at all times.
• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow hotel standards, HACCP and food safety regulations strictly.
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic kitchen and service tasks.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, workstations and storage areas.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
