The Meydan Hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Steward to uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in a luxury hotel setting. You will support kitchen and service teams, handle sanitation procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, restaurant, and service areas at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow hotel standards, HACCP, and food safety regulations strictly.
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic kitchen and service tasks.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas.

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
