AccorHotels Middle East seeks a senior revenue leader for Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, to maximise market share, total revenue, and profitability. You will align pricing, distribution, and commercial decisions with hotel objectives alongside GM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and direct booking growth, while mentoring the revenue and reservations teams and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Senior experience in revenue management for upscale or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market pricing, forecasting, distribution and total revenue management.
• Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, CRS and market intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate data into actions to improve commercial performance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement revenue strategies across rooms and other revenue streams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with timely reporting.
• Manage pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution to optimise revenue.
• Monitor booking pace, demand trends, competitor performance and market opportunities.
• Drive direct bookings and manage distribution costs while maintaining rate integrity.
• Lead revenue meetings and communicate strategies to hotel leadership.
• Partner with operations to develop upselling and ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate data and effective use of RM, reservations and BI systems.
• Coach and develop revenue and reservations teams.
