The role requires 8–12 years in luxury hospitality with 3–5 years in senior operations, a track record of high-volume hotel leadership, and deep knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards. A hands-on leader is essential to drive revenue and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in luxury hospitality with progressive leadership roles.
• 3–5 years in Hotel Manager or senior operations leadership.
• Experience with high-volume luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and LQA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa and Recreation.
• Deliver luxury guest experiences and maintain highest service standards.
• Ensure compliance with FTG and LQA standards and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with GM and department heads to implement strategies.
• Monitor KPIs: guest satisfaction, quality scores, profitability, productivity.
• Lead, coach and develop department managers toward excellence.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety regulations, and QA requirements.
• Drive service enhancements and guest experience initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery to protect satisfaction.
