Are you a seasoned hospitality leader ready to drive operational excellence at one of Dubai's premier luxury hotels?

We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations and deliver world-class guest experiences in the heart of Downtown Dubai.

THE ROLE

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all hotel departments to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability. You'll drive brand standards implementation, ensure policy compliance, and deliver high-quality service aligned with organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic planning and annual budget preparation for the hotel
• Manage and control budget spend, monitoring variances to optimize costs
• Measure performance against KPIs and provide strategic direction for continuous improvement
• Deliver brand-consistent operations by role-modeling corporate service standards
• Implement and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies for consistent guest experiences
• Review and update operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop campaigns that optimize revenue and occupancy
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams
• Drive a culture of accountability through clear performance metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years in hospitality operations
• At least 3 years in a senior hotel leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in luxury hotel brand operations
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Hospitality or management certifications (preferred)
