You will drive financial sustainability, implement brand standards, and guide teams toward continuous improvement while partnering with Sales & Marketing to boost revenue and occupancy. The role requires a 10+ year track record in hospitality operations and a senior leadership background in luxury hotels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in hospitality operations.
• 3+ years in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hotel brand operations.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Proven team leadership capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Hospitality or management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, spend management, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to optimize revenue and occupancy.
