Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to Accor & Raffles guidelines, represent the brand, and foster a culture of elegant, high-end hospitality across a luxury property in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Solid business/financial acumen and understanding of luxury hotel operations.
• Proven leadership across diverse teams and cultures.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set plans and direct operating departments to achieve goals in GOP, guest satisfaction, brands, and engagement.
• Support budgeting and ensure expenses align with brand guidelines.
• Lead reporting and management teams to drive performance.
• Represent the brand and maintain owner relations and adherence to guidelines.
