Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hostess to join our prestigious Food & Beverage team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will welcome guests and seat them according to the hotel’s standards, while supporting the Restaurant Manager and maintaining a welcoming desk.

The role requires a cordial, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and experience in luxury hospitality. Fluency in additional languages, especially Russian, is a plus and training opportunities are

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and professional attitude.
• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred; fluency in Russian is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them according to Emirates Palace standards.
• Handle all telephone bookings and inquiries in accordance with Emirates Palace standards.
• Assist with service as required by the Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain hostess desk and seating plan; ensure menus and collateral are clean and undamaged.
