Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and seat them according to Emirates Palace standards.
• Set up the hostess desk and ensure table top items are clean and in good repair.
• Handle telephone bookings and inquiries per hotel standards.
• Maintain guest history records and inform managers of guest comments and complaints.
• Be present in the restaurant during service hours and assist as required by the Restaurant Manager.
