Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and Russian will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and seat them according to the restaurant standards.
• Manage reservations and inquiries by phone, ensuring courtesy and accuracy.
• Assist service staff as required to support smooth dining operations.
• Maintain hostess desk, menus, and guest collateral in pristine condition.
• Attend briefings and keep managers informed of guest comments and needs.
