Job summary

EDITION Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest services oriented professional to respond to special guest requests, arrange transportation, reservations, and other services, while sharing information about the property and nearby amenities. You will liaise with Bellpersons, Housekeeping, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes professional communication, logging interactions, adherence to policies, and maintaining a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest calls, requests or problems.
• Gather and summarize information for guests about the property and local area amenities.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and questions.
• Maintain logs and daily memo books with pertinent information.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality, and uphold company policies.
