Responsibilities

• Extends a warm, Five-styled welcome to guests with exceptional care.
• Documents and responds to guest requests via multiple channels.
• Operates the hotel telephone switchboard and directs calls to departments.
• Records messages accurately and maintains clear communication logs.
• Logs guest requests into the system and coordinates with departments for swift resolutions.
• Informs guests about room features, amenities and local attractions.
• Assists guests with WiFi access and guest room entertainment navigation.
• Adheres to FIVE policies and grooming standards and maintains a polished appearance.
• Protects proprietary information and assets; supports a buzzworthy teamwork environment.
• Complies with Forbes standards and delivers services that exceed expectations.
