Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Executive (Russian Speaker) to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle inquiries with precision. You will coordinate with hotel teams to deliver seamless experiences, assist with dining and transportation arrangements, and support VIP programs.

Requirements include 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service, English fluency, and a preference for a hospitality degree.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service.
• English required; additional languages advantageous.
• High School Diploma; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver prompt, personalized responses to guest inquiries and requests (transportation, dining, amenities).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, escalating complex issues while maintaining service standards.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, support VIP/loyalty programs, and uphold safety and privacy protocols.
