Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai is seeking a guest-facing hospitality professional to support check-in, inquiries, and personalized guest experiences. You will communicate effectively with guests, coordinate VIP amenities, and maintain detailed profiles for tailored service.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in luxury hospitality, excellent English, and a proactive approach to service recovery, with opportunities for development within our global network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or upscale leisure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
