Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and ensure guests are greeted and attended to with professionalism and discretion. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management and 2-3 years’ international hospitality experience.

You will manage duty rosters, reports, stock, and vendor contracts while upholding Jumeirah’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Develop timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Oversee vendor registration, code creation, price updates, and purchase orders.
