Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations professional to welcome guests, manage smooth check-in and check-out, and provide personalized service with a high level of attentiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (hospitality diploma/degree preferred), excellent English, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to anticipate and fulfill guest needs across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive handling of guest requests.
• Passion for delivering personalized guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
