Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or upscale leisure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
