Job summary

Hilton Conrad Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Officer to welcome guests with warmth, handle efficient check-in/out, and anticipate personal touches that make stays memorable.

You will tailor recommendations with knowledge of facilities, dining, and local attractions, assist with luggage and payments, and coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional service while protecting guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional arrival: Welcome guests with warmth and poise, complete check-in accurately, and coordinate luggage assistance for a thoughtful first impression.
• Deliver a gracious farewell: Review charges, process payments accurately and discreetly, and ensure each departure leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Share thoughtful recommendations: Use your knowledge of hotel facilities, room categories, dining experiences, and local attractions to personalise each guest’s stay.
• Enhance the guest experience: Recommend room upgrades and hotel services that suit guest preferences while supporting revenue opportunities.
• Anticipate and respond with care: Attend to requests promptly, handle concerns with empathy, and coordinate with other departments to deliver attentive service.
• Care for every detail: Maintain accurate guest records, communicate messages promptly, and protect guest privacy throughout every interaction.
