Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and customer care required.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills for guest concerns.
• Comfort with hotel reservation systems and basic computer literacy.
• Front office/guest relations experience preferred in hotel or serviced residence.
• Professional appearance and reliability for shift-based work, including weekends/holidays.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism beneficial.
