Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the lobby and arrival/departure experience, reporting to Rooms Management. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality, supervising the Guest Experience Team, and coordinating with front desk and F&B to ensure superior guest service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in a luxury-brand environment, is fluent in English, and excels in interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to varied guest requests with accurate assessment and personal touches to maximize satisfaction.
• Supervise Guest Experience Team and coach for Core and Service Culture standards.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality, resolve complaints, and provide information on hotel services and local activities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee VIP and elite guest programs, and manage guest arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
