Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to deliver exceptional room experiences with meticulous cleaning and attentive service. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, perform turnover in occupied and checkout rooms, provide turndown service, and look for opportunities to personalize the guest experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
• Provides turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
