Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Concierge Agent with a passion for luxury guest service. The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with UAE attractions, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with professionalism.

You will support guests with directions, reservations, and museum or event tickets, while ensuring seamless front desk operations and a warm, personalized experience in a dynamic waterfront setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or brand preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to assist guests with local information and arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain up-to-date information on local attractions and events for guest referrals.
• Input guest requests in hotel systems and ensure proper billing.
• Assist in Guest Service, Business Center, and lobby during busy periods.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for in-room services (Internet, TV, etc.).
• Coordinate luggage handling and deliveries for guests.
• Support with other tasks as needed by the Guest Service Manager.
