Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the lobby and arrival/departure experience, ensuring guests receive exceptional service. You will guide the Guest Experience Team and uphold Four Seasons’ standards across all guest touchpoints.

The role requires 2–3 years in a luxury-brand environment, fluent English, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to deliver personalized, memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a similar luxury brand role.
• Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest experience in lobby and arrival/departure processes.
• Supervise Guest Experience Team and uphold service standards.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge, and F&B for guest needs.
• Maintain guest records, VIP programs, and daily communications.
