Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Front Desk during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience and maintaining the highest level of guest hospitality. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and is part of the Rooms Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in luxury hotels, strong leadership, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a Bachelor’s degree and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• At least five years related working experience in luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Front Desk staff during overnight shift; interviews, trains and schedules staff; conducts evaluations.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing with Sales and Catering.
• Ensures financial and credit procedures are followed.
• Resolves guest complaints with high hospitality standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
