Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the lobby and arrival/departure experience within the Rooms Management team. You will supervise the Guest Experience Team, coach staff to uphold service standards, and respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations to ensure exceptional satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, assess needs, and provide personal recommendations to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Supervise day-to-day performance of the Guest Experience Team and coach to meet Core and Service Culture standards.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolving complaints and assisting with inquiries about hotel services, hours, events, and directions.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Reservations, Concierges and F&B to arrange reservations, amenities, and special requests; support lobby, concierge and reception activities.
