Job summary

Kerzner International's One&Only Dubai Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie seeks a key ambassador to elevate guest experiences in a luxury medi-clinic setting. You will build trusted relationships, drive wellness program engagement, and coordinate with therapists to deliver tailored experiences.

International experience is preferred. You will greet guests, manage inquiries, and promote services while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to engage guests and drive wellness program sales.

Responsibilities

• Always demonstrate customer focus and appreciation for the guest experience.
• Provide excellent patient/customer service and develop loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain client base through follow-up and event invitations.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Guide patients/customers through adapted treatments and wellness programs.
• Create and distribute health education materials in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate client journey with wellness center experts to ensure a high level of service.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and reply to emails within 24 hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Attend wellness training sessions and meetings regularly.
• Maintain professional image and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with outlets and departments to build strong partnerships.
• Contribute to achieving weekly, quarterly and annual wellness objectives and goals.
