Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team within a luxury hotel setting. Based on Sheikh Zayed Road, the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervising supervisors and managers, and ensuring smooth, guest-centric operations.

The incumbent will uphold MOHG standards, oversee the Telecommunications and Business Centre, and drive guest satisfaction while coordinating with Department Heads for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment; Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Clear communication in English is required; second language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assist Front Office team and supervisors.
• Oversee Telecommunications and Business Centre operations.
• Ensure a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain a Front Office information folder with up-to-date rates and promos.
• Ensure customer satisfaction per MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs).
• Monitor Fans of MO sign-ups and drive team progress.
