Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and tailor service to individual needs while maintaining MOHG standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a luxury hotel and 1 year in Front Office, with strong English and proficiency in MS Office tools; experience in the Middle East is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Senior School qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience.
• Experience in the Middle East is a plus.
• Strong MS Office, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS and Rex knowledge.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior service.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Clear English communication; written and spoken. German, Russian or French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and escort guests to rooms.
• Address guest preferences from history profiles.
• Handle cash drawer per policy and check cash float.
• Provide courteous service during check-in/out and throughout stay.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service.
• Print cash outs, adjustment slips, and bank counts; communicate with Night Duty Manager.
