Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

You will supervise Front Office staff, oversee the Telecommunications and Business Centre, and maintain up-to-date information on rates and MOHG programs while delivering the MO Legendary Quality Experiences to every guest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a luxury hotel environment.
• Clear communication: English required; a second language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Front Office team and managers.
• Oversee front office operations and business centre functions.
• Ensure warm and genuine arrival and departure experiences for guests.
• Maintain up-to-date information on rates, programs and MO details.
• Ensure guest satisfaction aligned with MOHG quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and target sign-ups for Fans of MO.
