Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai is seeking a Front Office Manager to provide leadership and supervision of the front desk, telecommunications, and business centre, ensuring smooth operations and a warm, genuine guest experience.

The role requires a hospitality background, a minimum of three years in a luxury hotel, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; experience with PSMS is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Clear communication in English (written and spoken) required
• Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Managers, Supervisors and Front Office Agents with their duties
• Oversee Telecommunications Department and Business Centre operations
• Ensure and perfect a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience
• Maintain Front Office information folder with up-to-date rates, programs and MOHG details
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs)
• Monitor Fans of MO sign-ups and achieve targets with the team
