Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join the Front Office team. You will efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, allocate rooms, and assist with reservations while upholding hotel policies and standards.

The role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality or guest services, fluency in English, and a customer-centric, ownership mindset. Additional languages are a plus; company-provided shared accommodation and extensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service-related work.
• Highschool diploma or general education in Business Administration preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ownership.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); additional languages such as Russian, German, French, or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience.
• Process guest payments and billing inquiries, managing cash and credit transactions securely.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations in accordance with hotel policies.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally, using a solutions-oriented approach and escalating when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling.
