Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred, resort experience is required.
• Immaculate grooming standards with a professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Check-in arriving guests and check-out departing guests in a friendly, caring manner.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and assist with registration cards.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible and use suggestive selling techniques to promote services.
• Verify payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures; balance cash at end of shift.
