Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi seeks a Boutique Sales Agent to join our Guest Relations team. You will welcome guests, help locate products, demonstrate features, and process payments in a luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities include inventory, merchandising, guest communications, and adherence to MOHG policies. A background in luxury hospitality or high-end retail is preferred, with excellent English communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury property or high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly at all times and assist with product selection.
• Describe features and benefits of products and demonstrate usage.
• Process cash and credit card payments and wrap gifts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and stay updated on prices.
• Assist in guest relations tasks including emails and follow-ups.
• Organize merchandise displays and prepare monthly inventory.
• Adhere to hotel policies and training requirements.
