Traders Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Agent to be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will perform check-ins and check-outs and work with colleagues to uphold exceptional service standards.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, a warm personality, and excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus. Shangri-La values guide daily interactions in this premium setting.

Qualifications

• A warm and friendly personality with smiling and positive demeanour.
• Can-do attitude, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Excellent command of spoken English; other languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian and German are an advantage.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
• Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally.
• Welcome the guests to the hotel as per the hotel standard.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Perform cashiering functions efficiently. Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Assist with guest luggage.
• Bid fond farewell to departing guests and leave them with a Shangri-La experience.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.
