Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Office Agent at Raffles The Palm Dubai. You will manage reception, check-in/check-out, cashiering, currency exchange and guest inquiries to create a seamless luxury arrival and departure experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in guest relations, a hotel management qualification, and excellent English communication. A 5-star hospitality background is preferred and a multi-cultural team awaits.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years Guest Relations experience preferably in a four or five star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Register and room all guest arrivals according to established procedures
• Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensure data is entered accurately
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received
• Cash hotel guests’ personal and travelers checks and assist with currency exchange
• Attend to guests’ requests and refer problems to supervisor when needed
• Ensure guest depart with a positive impression of hotel service
• Maintain knowledge of reservation procedures and OH&S policies
• Assist with audit balances and reporting for audit
