Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Greet guests by name when known and escort to their room.
• Assist guests with hotel activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel information, hours, promotions, events.
• Monitor rate levels and occupancy; process check‑ins/outs.
• Post incidental charges accurately using a computerized front office system.
• Maintain guest privacy and uphold hotel policies and standards.
