Job summary

Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi is seeking dynamic Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests by name when possible, assist with inquiries, coordinate room orientation, and maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.

Strong English communication and a proactive, multicultural team player mindset are essential. Opera PMS experience and hospitality degree are preferred; candidates should be able to work

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree and front office experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with front desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure.
• Greet guests by name when known and escort to their room to enhance welcome.
• Assist guests with in-room and hotel activities inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, promotions, events and attractions to respond to queries.
• Monitor rate levels and occupancy to optimize selling strategy daily.
• Process check-in and check-out, posting incidental charges accurately in the Front Office system.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
