Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is seeking a Head Guest Relations Executive to lead the guest experience at Shimmers Restaurant. You will supervise the hostess desk, reservations, and front-of-house service, ensuring warm welcomes and prompt resolutions to guest needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role in a 5-star property, strong English, knowledge of SevenRooms, and the ability to work with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar Head Guest Relations role in a luxury setting.
• Strong English communication and customer service focus.
• Experience with SevenRooms or similar guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hostess desk, front-of-house operations and reservations.
• Ensure warm welcomes and prompt, courteous guest service.
• Address guest concerns swiftly per service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth service flow.
• Stay informed on hotel events, menu specials and daily updates.
