Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking a Guest Relations Executive for Hanaaya, starting September 2026. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate special occasions while upholding Heart of Jumeirah standards. The role requires hospitality education and strong software knowledge.

You will work in a luxury hotel environment, interacting with VIP guests and residents, ensuring privacy and personalized service across the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality industry.
• 1–2 years experience in guest service in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to ensure they feel welcome.
• Schedule dining reservations and coordinate special occasions.
• Handle restaurant enquiries and bookings using the SOP.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus after seating.
• Familiarize with menu and Chef specials; recommend pairings.
• Provide personalized attention to VIP guests and residents; know preferences and privacy needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs; adhere to Heart of Jumeirah standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information.
