The main duties and responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception, and concierge areas.

Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests, and service requirements.

Support daily operations within your assigned department, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and other departments.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas.

Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:
