Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a Global Brand in Dubai. This leadership role supports the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, maintaining luxury standards, and ensuring exceptional food quality in a high-end setting.

The ideal candidate has proven senior sous chef experience in luxury or high-volume upscale operations, strong leadership, HACCP compliance, and a track record of menu development and team mentoring. Fluent English required; contract type is part-time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or equivalent leadership position in luxury or high-end culinary environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, modern culinary techniques, and luxury food presentation.
• Ability to manage complex operations with attention to detail.
• Professional, composed and solutions-oriented.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and culinary standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a diverse culinary team across daily production and service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and efficiency.
• Oversee preparation, production, mise en place, and service while maintaining operational excellence.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, HACCP compliance, and quality-control procedures.
• Coordinate with culinary and operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Mentor junior chefs and promote professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Support menu development and implementation of innovative culinary concepts.
