Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is looking for an experienced kitchen supervisor to deliver exceptional guest-focused service in a luxury setting. The role oversees kitchen sections, ensures stock control and food quality, and coaches the team to uphold safety and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant, HACCP training, and a strong diploma in culinary arts or equivalent. UAE work environment and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high standards of guest service and be attentive to detail.
• Experience supervising kitchen sections and guiding team members.
• Solid food safety knowledge and HACCP principles.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service.
• Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Supervise kitchen sections to ensure tasks are completed according to standards, including stock management and cleanliness.
• Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation.
• Monitor team members' grooming, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations and SOPs, providing coaching as needed.
