Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai in Dubai is seeking a driven sales professional to achieve targets and cultivate key accounts within luxury hospitality. You will conduct client presentations, build relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in luxury hotel sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• College or university education; Business, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing qualification is preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially focused with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Opera and/or Delphi is an advantage.
• Flexible to work according to business and event requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage assigned accounts, leads, and sales activities, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account and segment performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking information in Opera and Delphi.
• Support the Events team with client engagement, sales initiatives, and other assigned activities.
