Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant hotel sales experience in luxury markets.
• Proven ability to drive business development in GCC/Middle East leisure segments.
• Established network within GCC/ME travel industry and luxury hospitality partners.
• Track record of revenue growth and new business generation.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Solid understanding of distribution channels and sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual GCC & Middle East business development strategy
• Drive new business acquisition and strengthen key accounts
• Build and maintain a network of travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs
• Identify new revenue opportunities within GCC source markets
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers and owners
• Develop joint business opportunities, tactical campaigns, and promotions
• Manage and grow production from existing accounts
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and trade events
• Represent the company at regional and international travel trade exhibitions
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Provide regular market intelligence and pipeline updates
• Support the development of annual budgets and sales targets
