Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Distribution Manager to optimize the hotel's distribution ecosystem and maximize revenue across CRS, GDS, OTAs and third-party channels. You will own connectivity and set-up across distribution platforms and work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Kerzner Corporate teams.

You will ensure rate parity, accurate availability and inventory, while driving efficient channel performance in a luxury, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in hotel distribution, revenue management or ecommerce within upscale/luxury environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRS, PMS, GDS, channel managers, OTA extranets and booking engines.
• Experience with SynXis and OPERA Cloud is preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge; Business Analytics is a plus.
• Must be a fast learner and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Optimize distribution ecosystem across CRS, GDS, OTAs and third-party channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Maintain rate parity and conduct daily monitoring with corporate tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Kerzner Corporate teams to align distribution strategy with commercial objectives.
• Own connectivity between PMS, CRS, GDS, booking engine, OTAs and third-party platforms; troubleshoot mapping, inventory or interface failures.
• Train hotel colleagues on revenue management processes and ensure up-to-date materials.
