Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in hotel distribution, revenue management or e-commerce within upscale/luxury environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRS, PMS, GDS, channel managers, OTA extranets and booking engines.
• Advanced Excel knowledge; able to compile and manipulate data.

Responsabilités

• Optimize the hotel's distribution ecosystem to maximize revenue across all channels.
• Ensure rate parity and monitor performance with corporate tools.
• Audit connectivity between PMS, CRS, GDS, OTAs and third‑party platforms to minimize revenue loss.
