Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai seeks a Concierge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Bell Desk and Concierge teams, delivering exceptional luxury guest service and maintaining meticulous standards. The role includes guest arrivals/departures, luggage handling, transportation coordination, and proactive guest engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Concierge/Front Office within a luxury hotel, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Concierge/Front Office/Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Bell Desk and Concierge operations to ensure seamless service.
• Coordinate guest arrivals/departures, luggage handling, and transportation.
• Provide personalized concierge services, including reservations, local recommendations, tours, and events for guests.
• Train, mentor, and motivate Bell Attendants and Concierge staff.
• Maintain records of luggage movements, storage logs, transportation bookings, and guest requests.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Bell Desk operations.
• Support departmental budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
