Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Cabana Receptionist for its Pool Services team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

You will greet guests, manage cabana check-ins and check-outs, anticipate needs, coordinate with departments, and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards in all guest interactions while maintaining a pristine reception area.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality, tourism or guest service certifications are preferred.
• 1–2 years in guest services, front office, concierge or luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized service.
• Manage cabana check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate with Pool Services, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, luxurious reception area and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.
